This is a bit of a hidden gem. The course layout takes advantage of the natural surroundings and there is very little elevation changes due to it's proximity to the coast. The greens, fairways and bunkers are all in great shape (June '26). The employees are welcoming and courteous and the carts are newer. The price is in alignment with the quality of the course. A special bonus is the airport runway between holes 8 &9. Can be quite a fun distraction if you find that stuff interesting like I do. The only reason I don't have a 5th star, has to due with the actions of some of the golfers. I am not sure if they are members, but they are most likely residents as they have their own golf carts. While playing a round, it's not uncommon to see a 4some or a 5some playing up ahead. Each player has their own cart. Last time I played, we teed off early in the morning, with no one ahead of us. Played the front 9 in record time. When we hit the back, there was a group of 4 in front of us, each with their own carts. We waited on every hole and it took almost 2.5 hours. They also disregard signs around the greens as I have seen them within 10 feet. Still, this course is a gem and we'll worth th

The fairways are fine, but most of the tee beds are uneven, with dirt and clumps of grass and the greens have Bermuda grass sprigs everywhere. On the driving range you have to hit off of mats instead of grass. Itโs just not worth the $85+ green fee. If you want to play a great course experience go to Cypress Head!!

I am partial as I am an equity member, but this is the best maintained course in the area. The people are the star here though. I became a member a little over a year ago and it has been the best decision of my life. The course has also improved a lot since I signed up. New white sand fluffly bunkers and new updated concrete cart paths. The carts are new as well. But the people here are why you want to play here and youโll see why this is yen best golf membership in the area. I played 91 rounds here last year and I took off 6 months from golf at the end of the year. The food here is some of the best in town. And I am talking about seafood, steaks and American-Italian pasta dishes. The burgers rival Breakers and Big Mikeโs with their tasty pretzel buns and high quality fat drenched grind with their tastiest hand battered onion rings. They also have some amazing flatbreads. The crust is top notch and The Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread is out of this world. The soups and lunch specials are hard for me to pass up when I am playing. The Reuben is great and the clam chowder is better than most with lots of fresh clams. The Tuna appetizer is better than most sushi spots around here. So come

Today we played Spruce Creek CC. The fairways on the front nine were very thin. The back nine were a little better. Tee boxes were very poor. Looks like they had a rough winter. The greens were just rolled and were very fast but true. Today was extremely windy which made a fairly easy course play harder. Bunkers were not raked but you could rake them yourself and replace the ball to get out. The fly in was a good course to play but their PRICING OF $78 WAS TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY bc of the condition. Will we be back - not till I hear some good reviews. Mar 6,2025

This course is a great course, itโs not too difficult but it a little challenging. I would have gave it 5 stars but the person who opened the place was quite rude and wanted to charge me $2 cash for a cup of coffee from the members coffee, not credit card but cash onlyโฆ. I recommend the course but if youโre first to tee off donโt plan on them having coffee for sale unless you have โcashโ.
